@ring please sell indoor cameras that attach to windows and face out without the glare that work both night and day automatically. Easy for people who aren't comfortable climbing ladders to install outdoor cameras and can create stealth recording, when needed.

@AnytimeMailbox HORRIBLE! Hidden fees so people can't make informed decisions. DO BETTER. BE TRANSPARENT. ALL locations you utilize should note their minimum costs for mailing a letter(s) back out. $7 & $12 is reasonable. $65 is CRAZY to send a regular letter to a customer.

@Ask_WellsFargo Wells Fargo is making it difficult for clients to download their own information. Please consider creating this option. It's pretty easy to create this. Most banks offer this.

@PublicStorage I already received a call from a manager who said he can't lower the rate.He did say I could lock in a rate, but the contract wouldn't change and I would just have to trust Public Storage. if there's truly a rate lock option by paying in advance, the contract should be updated.

@PublicStorage promised no rate hikes for 6 months. In month 4, my rent jumped over 40%. I have 5 units. No option to prepay to lock rate. No grace period. This business model exploits loyal customers. Avoid if you can. Surge pricing = greed. Do better. #PublicStorage
