@sarahnadav 2/2...was showing indications of SVT, abnormal sinus arrhythmia, S-T wave deviations, apparently all minor situations. I've since been dx POT & had monitors conf SVT. No structure defects but ❤️ is more center and lower in chest.
@sarahnadav I had a "cardiac event" in 2010. The cardiologist I began seeing afterwards said he could not tell me if it was MI bc the ER "misplaced" the EKG printout; said they needed to have it or some indicators to order anything more like a cath and my EKG with him days after was... 1/2
@sofiaweidner@MasterNotesX There must be bc I get a full blood panel for vitamin & mineral levels w/liver, kidney & thyroid check 1-2x yearly. (Dx hEDS, SVT, POTS, chronic pancreatitis, pre-diabetic + all present from birth).
@peterblakes5@MasterNotesX I questioned this as well bc my cardiologist has me aiming for 4000 mcg salt daily to combat SVT&POTS, 2000 thru supplements (LMNT) and 2000 thru diet. (Plus compression clothing.) There is no "counter measure."
@MrPitbull07 I hate smart appliances. I neither want nor need them. I miss the time when I did not know when my neighbors got one, bc my phone did not ask if I wanted to connect to it.
@_iamjamila Yes. The dx standards for ppp are very strict. I was dx severe ppd & only "borderline" for ppp even tho I had visual hallucinations and urges to flee where I ended up my car with no memory of how I got there.
@TheLoneHandmaid Civics isn't really taught 8n our country. We don't learn much more than there are 3 branches and we should vote, how voting works. When I went to law school I learned how deficiency public school was on Civics.
@JeffreyPengMD My ortho is pretty great at keeping me doing what I do- w/my dx I'm gonna get injuries regardless of movement levels so being as active as possible is still the best for me.
@JeffreyPengMD And I walk at least 2mi daily, hike wknds, &until fracture went to the gym to use the weight machines near daily. Most of my life is PT to manage & prevent injury. Only ortho surgery I've had was to tighten down my left ankle/foot after total dislocation w/atfl & achilles damage.
@DiaryofaSickGrl Yup. I got my 1st "afib" on my fitbit last week and am on a heart monitor again. My dad passed at 57 from copd/heart failure. I don't have his vices but my uncle & 2 of my children have congenital heart defects & I have pots, heds & svt. So every weirdness triggers follow-ups.
