@relley40@jakenbake59@PALaborIndustry I get through every time I call, (which is about every other day) and they ALWAYS say they’re unable to let anyone speak with supervisor. It’s been almost 8 weeks now
@cheesesteakface@FTGPLANET73@PALaborIndustry Yep. In my case, I reopened my claim (a no-no) a few weeks ago but today she said they did it for me, too automatically so now I have 2 cases which is what’s causing the delay. Seems like an easy fix but 🤷♀️
@benjaminshaub @PALaborIndustry A rep today told me she can see they’re working on my claim and it should be resolved soon. She saw no issues. I’ve had no payments for two weeks. It says “processing”. No payment number etc
@benjaminshaub @PALaborIndustry I’d advise you to start calling a couple minutes before they open. Call literally back to back and fast. It may take 30-40 times that early (more if later) but you’ll get through! Good luck.
@PALaborIndustry They still haven’t processed last weeks claim for me, so 2 weeks without pay now. It says “processing” for both and no $300. This is beyond bs
@wildmantroup21@ainey@PALaborIndustry Anything change? I was able to file today but still haven’t received last weeks payment. Instead of “you should expect to be paid” it’s “claim still under review” & shows both weeks as “processing” w/no $300.
@wildmantroup21@PALaborIndustry I saw that message too. I think that means most people can file but no word on when payments will process. It’s confusing and frustrating but her reassurance was noted. Hang in there.

@wildmantroup21@PALaborIndustry Mine too. Rep today said “People need to understand that the system updates are causing glitches (April finality date/prolonged payment processing etc) You will be paid for all your weeks.” She said to just continue filing.
@Pirataboricua@PALaborIndustry Mine had ip issues listed Monday, gone Tuesday but payment is still processing. No $300 included. I know someone who had the same ip issues Monday and their payment (with $300) was paid today.
