Extensive research has proven spanking is abuse and causes trauma. Spanking is a sign that you, the adult, aren’t capable of emotionally regulating yourself. It’s both low IQ and EQ behavior. All behavior is a form of communication, even “bad” behavior. Don’t be a fucking loser.
@beyondwaiting If you have a good relationship with your kids they won’t act this way. Non judgmental I have 3. I raised them all differently 7 years apart so I have some reference to different parenting techniques and their outcomes. Disobedience is a sign of a relationship that is fractured
@TarynA83 I have sons and I would never demand to meet their babies until momma was comfortable and I would only show up to clean her house and bring food. I would never be this kind of mother in law
@awifeinlove Just bring the comb. It does help you embrace the pain by helping you press into it. Just had a homebirth 14 days ago and never used a comb before and it was a game changer!
So I have MASSIVE boobs so I look obscene when I nurse that’s the only reason I kinda want to cover up. They’re like double fs or something when I’m newly nursing a newborn. And no; I’m not just fat. It all goes to my boobs
I’ve EBF for 9 months, never used a nursing cover or left where I was to “nurse privately”. My baby is so good at latching I can literally feed him with one arm anywhere I am.
I barely even have to bring a diaper bag out. I can just throw a diaper and pack of wipes in my purse and be good to go.
This woman is totally delusional lol
@Yulscakes@GreatLakesWife_ Additionally, formula has its risks too not everyone knows this but your baby has a leaky-gut, it’s permeable, so introducing that processed garbage could have serious consequences. Best to avoid.
@Yulscakes@GreatLakesWife_ Nothing “happened” my midwives weren’t concerned. They are informed on the size of their little tummies and they need very little colostrum until your milk comes in. You were misled by the hospital and it’s not your fault they did the same to me with my firstborn
@merrydevo Poke root, Cold
Compress, Choline, Massager, Happy Ducts, Loose bras
I was just going to put together a reel for moms on how I avoid and treat recurrent breast infections and clogged ducts as a momma who super-produces in the first few months. Try those things trust me
Another important thing people don’t talk about is babies basically have permeable gut in the first months of life. So I’m really cautious about what goes into their tiny bodies during that stage. Formula probably wreaks havoc on their body. Just wait for your milk to come in!
I literally don’t care if you give your baby formula but can people stop saying they had to because their milk didn’t come in until day 3/4/5? It’s not supposed to! Their stomachs are the size of a cherry and colostrum is sufficient for the first few days!
@Yulscakes@GreatLakesWife_ This is normal. Why do hospitals fear monger! My daughter who was born 13 days ago lost 8 percent in 24 hours went from 7 lb 10 to 7 lb in less time than yours and milk came in day 4 and she had jaundice. It’s physiological (normal) jaundice. she’s 9 lb today!
All those family members that “have” to see the baby literally won’t care they exist in 1 year, maybe less, so protect your bubble with your newborn you don’t owe your in-laws unfettered access to your newborn
@simpleorganix Every kid I know that was sleep trained has major attachment issues, meaning lack thereof. They don’t attach to anybody. Bunch of childless millenials scared of commitment that shut down and dissassociate with conflict
