It was day 1 of our performance camp.
We started the day off with S+C led by Mikey and then had Nat Panagarry leading an attacking session.

The girls have had another fab day of zoom sessions including an S&C session with Mikey Parnham, a defensive session with Leeds Rhinos’ Rosie Harris and then to finish off a ball skills session #netball #aspirenetball

Aspire have been so lucky this season to have had access to a whole wealth of experience from the netball world! Thankyou so much to the players and coaches who took the time to host sessions, chat forums and offer live coaching courses with our athletes it has been amazing!

Today they have been working with one of our partners, North Lindsey College, on 4 sessions :
Sports analysis, yoga, a fitness workout, and a quiz. This afternoon, the shooters have had a session with Severn Stars’ Page Reed. Thankyou to all involved! #netball #aspirenetball

We have decided to end our challenge with a total distance of 12,417,900 meters, more than the distance from Brigg to Cape Town. Thankyou to everyone that has taken part and already donated, it would be amazing if we could reach our target of £1000
