This morning, Shaoyou slowly wake from his sleep, stirred by the familiar weight resting against him and the tight embrace wrapped around his body. The moment he opened his eyes, he found his husband already gazing at him with the sweetest smile. His eyes widened in surprise for a brief second before it softened with affection.

“Happy wedding anniversary, Sheng-xiansheng. I love you,” Yong whispered, leaning in to steal a gentle kiss from Shaoyou's lips before the Alpha even had the chance to respond.

Shaoyou had just finished showering and step out of the bathroom. As soon as he opened the door, he froze in surprise to find his husband waiting patiently outside with that same gentle smile. Raising an eyebrow, Shaoyou looked at him curiously.

“Sheng-xiansheng, happy wedding anniversary. I love you,” Yong said once again as he walked over and wrapped his arms around Shaoyou's still-damp body. He rested his lips against the Alpha's neck, placing many tender kiss there.

Shaoyou was getting ready for work, standing before the mirror as he adjusted his clothes. Suddenly, he felt a pair of strong arms slip around his waist, pulling him into a warm embrace from behind. Warm breaths brushed against the back of his neck, followed by Yong's chin resting comfortably on his shoulder. Through the reflection in the mirror, Shaoyou could see Yong smiling so sweetly at him.

“I really love you so much, Sheng-xiansheng. Happy wedding anniversary. Thank you for being born into this world and for marrying me,” Yong murmured, nuzzling affectionately into the crook of Shaoyou's neck.

A faint smile curved across Shaoyou's lips. He gently tightened his hold over Yong's hands resting around his waist.

It was still early in the morning, and his Enigma husband had already told him those words three times.

After spending a while indulging in affectionate moments with his husband, Yong was now busy in the kitchen preparing breakfast for Shaoyou and Little Peanut. He tasted the food he was making before flinching ever so slightly when a pair of familiar arms wrapped around his waist. The fresh scent of orange instantly filled his sensitive senses.

"Sheng-xiansheng?"

“Hm,” Shaoyou murmured, pressing a soft kiss against Yong's shoulder and neck, “Happy wedding anniversary, my little lunatics. Thank you for everything. You look so beautiful today. How about we spend the entire day together?” he asked.

Yong answered with an eager nod, his smile brighter than ever.
