something america actually gets right is our commitment to air conditioning and ice cubes in drinks. like yeah healthcare would be nice but my god, room temperature water is an abomination
Since doing more weights/strength training recently & spending more time in that area of our gym, I’m convinced most men think strength training is just sitting on/hogging machines, not actually lifting, while they play on their phones for 10+ minutes at a time. @ChicagoAthletic

For marathon training, I have to run 19 miles tomorrow! This is wild! My problem with these long runs is generally around 8-10, when I realize how much I still have to go. Any mental tricks for that specific slice of time?
