Public Works Notice:
Beginning the first week of April until completion, Black Hills Energy and Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) will be conducting a new main line service installation along Highway 86 from County Road 13 to County Road 17. Expect delays.
The Town of Elizabeth Public Works Department would like remind you of fire dangers during the severe drought that we are incurring. Be aware of activities that can cause sparks and take extra caution to lower the risk of fire danger.
Due to ongoing drought conditions, mandatory water restrictions will be in effect March 1 to September 30, 2026.
All residents and businesses are required to follow the approved watering schedule.
