This load curtailment plan is being executed throughout the entire TVA distribution system. The purpose of this plan is to ensure that we don’t experience a catastrophe system failure across the entire TVA area.
TVA has initiated an emergency load curtailment plan. They have instructed us to initiate rolling blackouts from our breakers at the substation. Should you experience loss of power it could be due to this plan. The outages will be short in duration.
We have power out in the Milligan highway area due to storm activity. There is a tree that has fallen and taken down some power lines. Crews are on the scene and will have power restored as soon as possible.
We have changed the traffic pattern at our office to accommodate the new drive through drop box we have installed. Please use the entrance closer to Stateline Rd. The old entrance is now exit only.
