When that gets demonstrated through *documentary evidence*, these media outlets are going to be sued and they won't be able to hide behind the First Amendment, which doesn't provide cover for acts of fraud and deliberate malice.
My take at this point is that "Media Company A", where over a dozen people were paid by Fusion GPS, is very likely CNN.
These were *not* innocent mistakes. Media outlets entered into agreements/contracts to deliberately sell fraud to the public to achieve political effects.
