The plot thickens The office of the president team called me and said the offer they provided IN WRITING was wrong and may not get approved by their E&R team. How do you call a customer to tell them your team member was wrong, own up and take the loss. You hired them! @SamsungUS

Having to post again because @SamsungUS still couldn’t take the time to get it right. Call the technician, do something! If you need help with customer service and how to investigate there is a bigger problem here.

Your ticket system is flawed, I have had a repair tech come out 3 times yet there’s only one ticket open in your system. Your reps refuse to escalate my matter without another ticket entered for system purposes.
