@cb_johns Just ran across this post from FIVE years ago, and it's as fresh as ever (sad to say). Also just finished reading Bully Pulpit by Michael J. Kruger, which reflects a definite Reformed perspective and IMO only scratches the surface. Good on him for writing it, though.
