@virginmedia just been cut off for a 4th time so have now wasted nearly 2 hours trying to get through and that is just this evening. Incredibly frustrating

@virginmedia @thefinelytuned I am having the EXACT same issue as you Jenna. Have been trying to cancel for over 2 weeks and it is apparently impossible. Keep getting cut off, and then even if you do get through I have been hung up on!

@virginmedia Are your phone lines not working? Have been on hold three times for over 20 minutes each time and before speaking to anyone the line just cuts off. Have been trying to speak to someone for over a week to sort out a simple issue!!!
