I have messages the local ward Cllr Alan Bosch, as we are nearing 17 hours of no electricity and there is also limited water supply. Still no response or any form of feedback. Please assist in feedback

@Eskom_SA , power outage Margate South in Clarence Street since 14:00 today. Also no water due to pumps being off. Other sections have been restored but a whole block still off. Please advise?
