Public Advisory: Today, April 24th, at approx. 9:00 a.m., Co Rd 6 will be shut down briefly between Co Rd 9 (Johnson St) and Co Rd 11 (Osolo Rd) for follow-up investigation of yesterday’s fatal crash. Please seek alternate routes. We will notify the public when it has re-opened.

UPDATE: The Elkhart Police Department phone system is now back up. For non-emergencies, the public can once again call 574-295-7070. As always, in an emergency please call 9-1-1.

The phone issue is not having an effect on the Communications Center, and 9-1-1 for emergencies is still working fine. As always, if you are experiencing an emergency, please call 9-1-1.
