Skimmers are electronic devices covertly placed where people scan credit or debit cards, allowing criminals to capture information from the card then the suspect can then fraudulently use the credit / debit card.

The Elko County Sheriff's Office reported the missing 3 year old child from Spring Creek has been located and is now safely home. Thank you to all the volunteers who showed up to assist in the search.
