@mynewshub @LotussMalaysia Make this BIG! Lotus's Malaysia is very very badly managed company. Staff are ill trained and rude a lot of times. I am from Penang, many times have I complained about lacking cashiers, trolleys etc fell to dead ears! It even charged me at auto checkout but cudnt release goods!

time and time again.. tg tokong lotus's is the WORST managed of all lotuss. it is 8.30pm, 8 July, store is packed but only 4 checkouts open! I hv more than 10 items and saw the queue, I gv up. took 10 items from my cart went self chkout!
