@koraidondeck Not anymore! Prior to gen 6 you couldn’t use vitamins to get higher than 100 EVs in a stat but that’s since been removed - you can fully EV train with them now

@koraidondeck Manual EV training is super slow on SV with Pokérus removed, it’s easier to farm money and just use vitamins

HP Up/Protein/Iron/Calcium/Zinc/Carbos give +10 EVs for the relevant stat

Feathers and mochi give +1 EV

Using items, each stat caps at 252 EVs and won’t go past that
