Close, but not enough.
This is where growth happens. We learn, we adjust, we come back stronger.
Respect to @TeamVitality the bar is very high right now.
if the discourse often gets negative why are you leading the post with "im not going to clown them anymore".
My point is, its not really about being brave to post. Its the constant flame from you with nothing to back it up, and constant downplay when you are apart of projects that dont go well. You seemingly cannot ever be wrong.
You may not agree with everyone (i 100% dont), but the point is they are trying and willing to show that side of their opinion. that is the part thats brave is being okay with the idea you may just be wrong. And if you want to take the next step, thats a concept you need to be okay with.
Instead of tweeting, DO something about it. People are taking strides everyday with similar coaching experience to you.
apEX on culture differences in Counter-Strike:
"If you look back at the Legendary NAVI Ukrainian [lineup], I remember they left practice because they were screaming on each other, I remember playing against them back in 2012/2013/2014 I don't remember, and they left, they said sorry we have to leave because we are fighting, and that makes sense, but whenever I did it with the Danes, in Denmark they don't scream, they're not rude at each other, they are too kind, and that's not what I am, that's why in the beginning it was tough [when Vitality moved to international roster] because I wanted to be too kind with them, sometimes I am a bit rude, and what's funny for example is people like mezii or flameZ, they get used to it, so whenever last part of the season I was a bit less rude with them, and they asked me to be rude again, they said 'I think Dan, whenever you're rude with us and you're a bit more pushy, you help us because you know when to do that.'
I think what's the toughest is also trying to be yourself with those people, but make sure they understand it's for the good of the team, you know, not because you're a bad person... They understand that now, it's never been that I want to be an a**hole with them, I just want to win, the only reason I'm here and I'm still here after playing CS for more than 20 years is I love winning, and I just keep winning, that's all matters, so if you get into a point where you understand each other, and they understand you as a Captain & as an IGL, you win everything in a way."
