@ThermocoolNGN and wasn’t in a carton, after payment, they sourced for a dirty looking carton without any styrofoam inside for protection
They filled a repairs form for me instead of giving me a replacement… How can they repair an appliance I bought 393,000 naira that didn’t work from day one
@ThermocoolNGN of water were frozen from the up side and I noticed that the top half body of the freezer had frost while the bottom half remained like that so I returned it on 20th. Note: I observed that the product may have been returned by someone else because it had little scratches
@ThermocoolNGN I bought a freezer from your showroom at Ikot Ekpene road, Uyo, Akwa Ibom state on evening of 17th September and was told not to use it for 3hrs, so I ended up not using it that day. On 18th, I plugged it in and it wasn’t freezing throughout, on 19th evening, only about 3 sachets
