@kittynaniez Thank you for unblocking me. Now I can educate you on the alternative meaning of queer. So you can understand it 😁
Ps. If you're ignorant it's not my fault. Maybe you should go and dedicate yourself to study more 🌸

The thing is I WAS talking about the political and subversive meaning and not the sexual identity one. I may be too old and I thought it was more broadly known. I was hoping for a discussion about these themes and wasn't trying to reclaim any sexual orientation for the characters apart from Fei
1. When was WU ever marketed as a BL by GMMTV? That tag was put by a streaming service who fucked up. Never anywhere did Gmmtv, the artists or the director used that word.
2. The character is a queer political activist. She is shunned because she uses her power to make change. Do with that what you will
3. I haven't watched Euphoria and can't comment on it. But if there is a main trans character in a relationship with a woman, unless it's profoundly patriarchal and heteronormative I would say it has queer themes.
4. My tweet talked about how the show is intrinsically queer and it has a lot to do with its director, with his recurring themes and how he wields stories.
The director/scriptwriter is a queer man himself. He gives a lot of importance to queer representation. There is a running theme you find about queerness and activism in his works. People are judging it because of SkyNani but they do ignore who wrote and directed the script and what he wanted to convey. Also I'm the first to agree that representation must increase. And I would be right there with you arguing if I was seeing a decreasing trend in Thailand, but the fact is there isn't a decreasing trend and there won't be, even if Sky and Nani do some shows together for a bit. GMMTV has slowly decreased its non queer works volume and the last lineup speaks for itself percentage wise
I see how you go and dismiss the points I made about patriarchy and heteronormativity. Or the system oppression. The way you want to focus on that without watching the show and seeing the points made there. And when I say this it's not even because I like SkyNani but because I know P'Waa works.
