@DHLexpress some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Paid around £120 for delivery by tues, filled in every piece of paperwork imaginable and nothing has reached its destination!

@DHLexpress these were sent as gifts to someone in hospital. Why don't you offer option to pay duties/customs in advance by sender, to avoid stress for receiver? Why is this only available to business account holders? Where is my refund for the inexplicably returned parcel?

@DHLexpress None of my parcels have arrived. Tracking says two are awaiting paperwork. What paperwork!? Can't speak to anyone. No numbers working. Why didn't I receive customs forms for all 3 on payment, despite filling all relevant details out?

@DHLexpress Your service is a joke. Very unhappy. 3 parcels sent to Italy on Fri. None arrived by Tues as stated. One, containing hand-made gift, zero customs implications, was returned to me. Rude demands late on Fri by DHL for customs paperwork I was never provided with! Awful.

@parcelforce I paid £60 last night to send an urgent parcel to Italy but Instead of an address label I got an error message?! Apparently I should've received a replacement within 5hrs but I have not. I'm now stuck on hold chasing it and my parcel is still unsent. Unacceptable.

@Newbery_Cricket your phone line goes straight to voicemail saying you're closed, even during your opening hours. We've not received our order from 30 Nov and there's no one to talk to to find out when it's coming. Unacceptably bad customer service.
