Can someone please help me get some sense from @Ryanair. They cancelled my flights and charged me to book alternatives despite saying it would be free of charge. I can’t get anyone to deal with it for me and keep being redirected to different communication methods. #frustrating
@Ryanair I am appalled by your customer service (or lack thereof). You cancelled a flight I booked and not only was I charged the difference in flight price, I was charged a £70 change fee. I have tried contacting your customer service to resolve this and no one is helping me.
