@AmazonHelp I was due to receive a parcel yesterday. When I checked the tracker at 7.30pm it stated that Hermes had attempted delivery at 7.19 & 8.19pm. We were home, noone pulled up at ours or rang our doorbell and noone can see into the future, so this update is a complete lie.
