@OgdenSuites For Christmas, I rolled about half into balls and then rolled the balls into a mixture of criollo cacao powder and powdered sugar. The rest I left in plastic wrap (log-form) in the fridge. My family just slices off pieces to eat when they want some.

@OgdenSuites Just water. I quadrupled the recipe for sharing (it keeps well in the fridge):
90 grams (x4) of powdered almonds (organic from Costco)
70 grams (x4) powdered sugar
20 grams (x4) plain water
I used my stand mixer (not my food processor) since I didn't grind the almonds this time.

@OgdenSuites Yes! It's easy because there's no baking involved. I sometimes blanche and grind up fresh almonds to get a coarser texture, but I've also used organic almond flour (powdered almonds) for a smoother texture. Here's a simple version:https://t.co/spcAv1NHym
