@AmericanAir Well that’s apparently not the case since the captain has now just informed us we will be on here for another 30+ mins since they have no options for our plane to unload and we’re already an hr+ into sitting here. We have work to do! It’s a holiday weekend and we plan parties!!

@AmericanAir I’ve been a loyal flyer of your airline@for 20+ years and since the pandemic, I haven’t had the opportunity to fly with you until my trip this weekend. Upon arriving at LAX on flight #2543 we have been stopped on the tarmac for over 45 mins.

Unacceptable customer behavior and a disappointing end to a very long trip. Your staff should be offering water or snacks or something for 200+ ppl sitting here either missing connections and/or work or simply their ride home. Do better @AmericanAir we need to get off this plane!

We’re exhausted since we’ve been up since 4:30 am EST and have a driver waiting for us which is not only costing us money but time to be getting back to work. No one has offered anything to make us feel more comfortable or explain why we’re still sitting here.
