@SurreyCouncil Hi Sally . Did you read my message? I’ve already called the 0300 number. I was told there is NO timeframe for transport to be put in place even though my application has been approved and your Transport Team don’t take phone calls because you all work from home . What do I do?
@SurreyCouncil when will you provide transportation ref CSF-3461-0290-6230-0106 ?application has been approved & should be in place by now. customer services state NO approx time frame can be given & the transport team wont assist with 📞 enquiries because they all WFH 🙄
