Now, women are leaving churches that are full of men who characterize women as Mark does. I wonder what went wrong? How did Jesus love His church?

@jtcope4 The Old Testament commanded short times of abstinence when a woman was menstruating and for longer times after childbirth. Why is that? Maybe there should be times when we give women a break. I don’t see how it’s Christ honoring for a man to demand sexual servitude….Phil 2.

@mattvanswol Make sure you know what the Gospel really is. It’s not faith in your ability. It’s faith in the fact that Jesus really did die and resurrect. If that is true (and I think it is), then the fact that God demonstrated His love for us in Jesus can be trusted. Ask Him how to do that!

@MikeWingerii I keep asking those who keep rightly pointing out the dangers of Islam’s growing influence: what’s the solution? Forced conversion does not work. They seem to have been won the demographics for the past few decades. The quick version of demographics is he who has most kids wins.
