@AirCanada this morning after telling my husband the bags are in Honduras, then Fort Lauderdale - this was different from yesterday when we were told our bags were in Mexico and Miami - he asked to speak to a supervisor and was promptly cut off!! Where the hell are our bags!??!?

@AirCanada our baggage has now been missing for six days - we are on a cruise - we can’t do half of the activities or events as we don’t have appropriate clothing and you can’t even give a response to our DM! Beyond poor!

@AirCanada just arrived at Fort Lauderdale from the UK - NO BAGS 😱We are getting Princess Caribbean cruise in 10hours. We paid for premium economy flights to have priority luggage so this didn’t happen. This trip has been two years in planning - come on @AirCanada find our bags!

@MPWRestaurants We have had a booking at the Cardiff restaurant since the 13th December however it was cancelled Thursday 27/01 by the manager because the Rugby is on and we can’t use the vouchers! Having been trying to reach @MPWRestaurants manager but no one gets back to us!?
