Why don't I have my meds you ask? because to fill them requires constant doctor's appointments to prove i deserve a refill and am not a druggie and guess who doesn't make appointments because they HAVE ADD and also it was poorly communicated exactly when to make the next one

My favorite part about not being on my ADD meds is having multiple panic attacks in one day bc of the tightness in my chest from the anxiety from being unable to parse multiple difficult tasks coming up and feeling incapable of doing work
