“It’s unsafe to strike” Today the first doctor to a sick patient is a consultant. The most senior doctors. Overnight there is normally only 1 F1 doctor for 5+ wards. But tonight there is SEVERAL consultants for that same job. @NIJDC #understaffed #underpaid #payrestoration
