Redemption, resilience, persistence and grit have defined the path for @mcolacurcio, the CEO of @syndioinc and co-founder of @Smartsheet. She asked us to consider, WHY is this required for #women? She also reminded us that our starting #salary matters. #RaiseHerVoice#equalpay
The impressive @Janaye_Ingram shared how her pivots (from peak to peak, we must add, even if there was a valley in there, too) reminded us to trust our intuition, be courageous with our #careers and be specific when approaching mentors for guidance. #womenleaders#RaiseHerVoice

We had a great time last night hosting a panel discussion in partnership with @EllevateSF and @WITI. Thank you to our panelists for the insightful and empowering discussion on improving financial health through tech and how to elevate women in the industry.
