@Jazz13UK Hi there, thanks for reaching out. If you're having some difficulty and warming it up in your hands isn't working, we recommend putting it in a ziplock baggie and running it under warm water ☺️ make sure to twist backwards counter-clockwise when done so there isn't any leakage!
