90% of the soldiers on the first boats to hit the beach didn't live to see the end of the day. Look at those faces. Some of them never made it to 18.
Never forget that they paid the ultimate price for our freedom. We live our lives the way we do because of them.
This piece by @guardian is a masterclass in why old-school journalism will never die. You could easily lose 3 hours in this and still want more. https://t.co/P6xxOOo518
Please don't forget they've tried to tell us the countryside, rural pubs and walking the dog is racist.
It's not just police leadership that has gone mad. It's everywhere.
The CPS has decided to prosecute two white men for disorder and assaulting a police officer in Southampton, but also decided not to prosecute two brown men for disorder and assaulting police officers at Manchester Airport.
Thank goodness there's no two tier policing in the UK.
9 years ago, on London Bridge, 8 were killed and 48 injured. Unarmed, Roy Larner faced the attackers head-on, saving countless lives. His heroism will never be forgotten. #London#Hero#TheLionOfLondonBridge
Black officer was always late........
Numerous Sargents tried to address this but he kept involving the BPA.
While we marched around PSU training he was at his car getting his kit on slowly, found it all amusing, no one said anything.
Last skipper who tried to deal with it was not substantive in his role as a Sgt. Black officer approached him and said "Do you really want a complaint from a black officer while you're trying to become a Sgt?"
This was all known about by everyone.
Don't know what happened to the Sgt, if he made it or not, but the black officer did become a SGT and is now progressing up to inspector.
This is #DEI, this is how it works. #TwoTierPolicing comes from within #NigelFarage is right.
