Yesterday I got little time then I had to visit the offices of the ministry of internal affairs, I was shocked 🙆

My friend works from their but he told me that in a day they receives 100 plus people looking for passports either to go and work abroad or going to stay abroad for good.
My question is ,why is that happening in our lovely country uganda?

Let’s talk about the damage caused when employees go behind their employer’s back.

Imagine a customer walks into your company or shop intending to buy from the business, but an employee secretly redirects them to another seller and even uses the company’s receipt to complete the transaction. That isn’t just dishonest, it’s a betrayal of the trust the employer placed in that employee.

What if the product sold by that third party is substandard? When it fails, the customer won’t blame the hidden seller, they’ll blame the company whose receipt they were given. The business loses its reputation, customer trust, and future sales, all because of one employee’s decision to make a quick profit.

The question is: why sacrifice a long-term opportunity for short-term gain? A job puts food on your table every month. Protect the business that gives you that opportunity, because when the business grows, everyone benefits.
