The problem isn’t the problem.
How you handle the problems is the problem.
Bitter or better?
Frustrated or fascinated?
Make excuses or make it happen?
You can be one of two people. One will lose an opportunity. One will gain and grow.
Stay true to who you are. Do not sacrifice for what your heart believes to be true. Give your heart and soul to where your feet are for the right reasons. Move slowly, yet intentionally in the direction of your dreams. One day you’ll wake up exactly where ur supposed to be🥹🤟🏼🙏🏼
Elite athletes leave nothing to chance. They show up and consistently execute their *process that has been intentionally developed to give them the best chance of success whether they feel like it or not.
*process= preparation, mindset, recovery, daily routines/habits, etc.
Not even sure why there is so much talk about the transfer portal or who should have won what game.. win, lose, draw any day an athlete gets to step on the field/court/what have you.. is an absolute blessing.
Post season softball proving the point:
The best team doesn’t win the game… the team that PLAYS the best on that day wins the game.
The game doesn’t know who is “supposed” to win the game.
The odds don’t count when it’s time to compete..
Just Be the best team ON THE DAY
If you are not watching all these softball games on TV right now you NEED to be. Game after game coming down to 1 PITCH.
It takes ONE PITCH to change a game & you never know when that pitch is coming, therefore you have to be present enough to give your self to win THIS pitch.
37 strike outs, 17 innings, down three runs… when what is behind and with in the train is stronger than what is in front of it, the train will not run out of JUICE. EPIC!! 🚂🔋
What a game! I am still in shock that we played 17 innings! Thank you @BKHS_Athletics softball for giving us the opportunity to play! Both teams played with so much grit but in the end our early mornings with @CoachElCooper and 7 p.m. practices showed off! #TRAIN2022🚂
Thank you to former FSU standout Ellie Cooper for coming and talking to our girls about the mental side of softball! It was a great message to the girls! #whatsyour168#stanggang2627#fsusoftball
