2. NES is at least municipally owned, has no parent company, and purchases its power from TVA, who also has no parent company. I’d much rather that than the company be owned by Vanguard or Blackrock.

@CapitalOne I’ve been getting late fees for 3 mths bc of an error w/ the app & now I’m being told the latest fee can’t be refunded. This is unacceptable & nobody seems willing to help. I’ve been a customer for a year w/ no issues until recently & this isn’t my fault.
