@AmyLouiseJ92@AvantiWestCoast Not helped when staff close all the electronic gates purposefully so there is a massive queue to do manual checks. About 20 of us were unable to board due to staff having an argument with one person on the 7.39 this evening. So boarding just stopped before the 2 minutes.
@PaulMartinMc@LNER@LumoTravel Yeah I have previously told by a Lumo customer service person that I should sit on a night bus round London (in completely the wrong direction) until my bus started again in the morning because we were so delayed 🙄
@dhlexpressuk - @DellCares have told me that you agreed to pick up my laptop yesterday but no one appeared. I received no confirmation of this from either of you. @dhlexpressuk please can you confirm this has been rearranged for Tuesday and will happen.
