I know exactly what you might be thinking right now. Another before-and-after picture. Just scroll past it. But please — don’t. Because this isn’t simply a before-and-after photo. It’s two different moments in the life of the same man. And what changed between these two pictures — might make you stop and think for a moment. 🤔
On the left — a young Donald Trump. Smiling. Building. Dreaming. A businessman who faced bankruptcy — but refused to remain down. When banks turned away. When people laughed. When others counted him out — he rebuilt himself and kept moving forward. Trump Tower. His business empire. His name. He built it all again. Because the first setback was never enough to stop him.
And on the right — Donald Trump today. The same determination inside him. But look closely at his face. Really look. The smile seems quieter now. The eyes seem to carry a different kind of weight.
And one thought stopped me completely.
He was happier then.
Not because life was necessarily easier. But because nobody was asking him to carry the responsibility of 340 million people.
Today — he carries the responsibility of all of us. Every morning. Showing up. Continuing forward. And we often scroll past his picture without thinking about the person behind it.
So I just want to ask one honest question today:
When was the last time you simply said — thank you?

For continuing to show up.

I have to be honest with America today. This thing about Marco Rubio — it has been keeping me up at night. And I do not think even Trump has fully noticed it yet. Look at every single photo from China. Every meeting. Every ceremony. Every moment. Trump is there. And right beside him — always — is Marco Rubio. Not in front. Not behind. Right beside. Like a shield. Like a brother. Like a man who made one quiet decision before boarding that plane — wherever my President goes — I go too. And then I thought about what Marco left behind to be in those photos. His children are growing up right now. At the age when a child needs his father the most. And Marco is in Beijing. In meetings. In ceremonies. Away from home. Again. And he never mentions it. Never complains. Never once says — look what I am giving up for this country. He just shows up.
Every single time. And I thought about what Trump said when he asked that crowd — should JD get 2028. And the room erupted. And Trump smiled. And I thought — one day someone will ask the same question about Marco Rubio. And the answer will already be written in every photo from China.
In every room he entered beside his President. In every moment he chose America over his family. Without asking anyone to notice. Tonight say one prayer for Marco Rubio.
