@CityPowerJhb Why arenโt we getting any updates for Cydna? @CityPowerJhb
Weโve had no power for 2 days, and only get vague, unhelpful updates every 14 hours.
Time to spill some tea. โ
What's one piece of "creator advice" that is just objectively, hilariously bad? Like, "buy followers to look bigger" level of bad.
Hit me. I'll be in the replies. ๐
Running out of content ideas?
Use a Twitter Poll.
It's the most underrated market research tool. Use them this week to ask:
"What set should I shoot next?"
"Longer videos or more photo sets?"
"New here? What brought you to my page?"
They'll literally tell you what they want to buy.
Your hashtags are probably attracting bots and other creators, not paying fans.
Stop using generic tags.
Instead, go to the search bar.
Type in a keyword your ideal fan would use.
See what other hashtags and phrases pop up.
Use those.
That's the formula.
Image (Curiosity) + Caption (Connection) + CTA (Clarity) = A post that'll sell.

Just posting a hot pic with your link is NOT a strategy. It's just a thirst trap. And it's probably not converting that well.
You want a post that actually sells?
Here's the anatomy of a perfect promo post. (1/5)๐งต
Now comes โจThe Close โจ
"Link in bio" is lazy.
Be specific. Be urgent. Tell them EXACTLY what to do and WHY.
"The full 10-min video just dropped. Go watch it now before I change my mind."
"DM me 'SPICY' for the direct link to this set."
Give them a clear, unmissable mission. (4/5)
Your bio is boring. There, I said it.
If it's not attracting the right people (aka paying fans), it's not working.
It needs 3 things:
โจ A little spice (Who are you?)
๐ธ A little value (What's in it for them?)
๐ A clear direction (Where do they go next?!)
Here are two bios I love that are doing this perfectly.

Unpopular opinion:
You do NOT have to be on every platform.
In fact, you probably shouldn't be.
Pick the 1-2 platforms you actually enjoy and where your audience lives. Dominate them. Ignore the rest.
Your energy is finite. Your time is valuable.

Someone once told me my job was just "doomscrolling all day"
I'm sure no one else can relate to a comment like that. ...Right?
Hit me with the wildest assumption you've ever heard about what you do.

That's the system.
Itโs how you build a brand that serves YOUR life, not the other way around.
More freedom, more money, less burnout.

The dream is making money while you sleep.
Most people think it's impossible.
It's not.
You just need a system.
And I'm going to teach it to you right now.

The final piece?
Your social media is your 24/7 "sales team."
Your best tweets, your viral Reels, and your TikToks are constantly working to bring new people to your page, where your automated storefront is waiting to make a sale.
