Jury nulification?
Prosecutors take their evidence to the grand jury.
The members of the grand jury make a determination as to whether there is adequate evidence to charge.
Nothing is nullified.

To win a presidency the party must win the swing states.
They are all in the conservative midwest.
They have to reach a level to placate a vast majority of the voting populace.
Young people who are far morr liberal have not been showing up to vote.
