I visited @CentreWesham yesterday to see what they do on a day to day basis to support patients to move into the community. We were made to feel so welcome by the team and took away some great ideas they we are hoping to implement on the step down wards @WeareGuildLodge 🏩👩🏼‍⚕️

@Jamesharper15 @CentreWesham @WeareGuildLodge Yes it was a lovely unit and the staff were brilliant and seemed so passionate about what they were doing. We loved the kitchen to!!! It reminded me of the one on the great British bake off 😂
