@JasonKPargin yes they looked the same to me and tbh I thought the left one was Theon at first and wasn't sure which one was on the right though I was like 80% it was Jon. Now I'm pretty sure it's Robb on the left
@sirpheebs@yesitsmyaccount this is, probably, something else
apparently a lot of women are so jealous they literally do not allow their men to speak to waitresses. like this is a THING.
@monkeydsagar I can't imagine watching One Piece and defining it based on badass action hero moments rather than emotional highlights and character development.
@monkeydsagar This makes no sense. The person's fight is the least important part of their arc for every crew member except Usopp (for obvious reasons). Zoro's fight lasts about 2 seconds. Nami doesn't join the final fight in her arc. Robin doesn't get a real /fight/ in Enies Lobby.
@newworldartur honestly with the goofy tone you mentioned, having the CGI not look ultra-realistic is probably a positive rather than a negative. One Piece SHOULD be a bit cartoony even in live action
Above all, what really stood out to me about the One Piece Live Action is how incredibly fun it is to simply watch it. The series embraces the goofy and fun-loving nature One Piece has, to the point it had me with a dumb grin on my face during so many scenes (3/15)

Remember AOC's feetpic scandal? The Minions movie bomber? No, it all just passes us by. So go ahead & make a fuss about me posting a tasteful polaroid of my soft cock in the chat, you'll all be back next week for my hot take on Lacan's theory of desire, & now you'll wanna fuck me
