Pro-rata by balance at a snapshot taken roughly every 15 minutes, among the wallets that qualify for it.

If you hold 1% of the qualifying, non-excluded $DIVVY supply when the snapshot is pinned, you're allocated 1% of that epoch's stock purchases.

The snapshot excludes pool vaults, protocol PDAs, and the team's fee-receiving and gas wallets from the denominator. It is a point-in-time snapshot, not a time-weighted average: buying just after one is pinned means waiting for the next.

A wallet holding less than 1,000,000 $DIVVY does not qualify: it is allocated nothing and its balance is removed from the denominator, so it does not dilute anyone else either.
