The whole school gathered on the school field after a virtual remembrance service led by the children. We listened to the Last Post played by 2 pupils before we had a collective 2 minute silence. We have also created a display on our school fence to share with our community. 🌺
Our school has been awarded the School Games Engagement Award for 2019/20! This award recognises our commitment, engagement and delivery of competitive school sport. It also recognises our ongoing commitment and achievement in the School Games programme.
Norfolk School Games have launched their Virtual Games! Watch this video to find out more. We will be putting their weekly challenges onto Tapestry. You can follow them on Twitter @NorfolkSchGames and like their page on Facebook to keep up to date! Good Luck!
Hello everyone, hope you are keeping well. For some fun I thought we could post various challenges for us all to complete.
So...the first challenge is to draw a picture of your favourite animal and then post a picture of it on here for us all to enjoy.
Here's mine...

Please help to support our project to fund raise for an outside space which the children can use in all weathers.
A huge well done to our Tag Rugby team! They played in our cluster competition on Monday 2nd March and came 2nd! As a result they went through to the South Norfolk competition, on the 10th of March, where they came 10th. Brilliant! 🏉🌟
Some of the Eco Committee went to the Norfolk Eco Awards last night at St Andrew's Hall in Norwich. We were runners up this year and received a Highly Commended award and some Samsung Tablets for school. A huge well done to all of the Eco Committee!
World Book Day was a great success yesterday - the children all looked amazing in their 'under the sea' themed costumes! They had fun creating crafts for our new sea tunnel between the hall and the main school.
On Wednesday Faith represented South Norfolk at the Norfolk School Games in Cross Country. She came 30th out of 80 on the day, but is in the top 30 in the whole of Norfolk - an amazing achievement! We are really proud of her. Well done faith!
Well done to Isaac, who yesterday represented our cluster at a swimming gala. He swam very well, coming 4th in the butterfly and 1st in the relay team event 🏊♂️🏅
We will be fundraising for Sports Relief on Monday 9th March. Children can come into school in sports kit in exchange for a £1 donation. The children will be taking part in a mile run/jog/walk around the park🏃♀️🏃♂️. We also have Sports Relief wristbands on sale in the office!
🏅We would love to hear about your child's sporting achievements outside of school. This could include gymnastics competitions, martial arts assessments, football matches or a sporting challenge for a charity. Please email the school office with anything you would like to share.
We hope everyone has had a good school holiday and we are looking forward to seeing all of the children and their families on Wednesday. Enjoy the last couple of days! 🙂
