So many good insights in here, but two favorites are 1) hire performance marketing people from https://t.co/LFoLIy23aq and 2) hire for the spike, not the title.

#1 = hire good people with structurally hard setups + great results.

#2 = investigate the job to be done + their spike, not the title of the job

More alpha exists for this type of hiring mindset than anywhere else.
