The “what about a bitch” line refers to Halsey’s belief that she will die from her illness soon (just like her dog died). This is obviously not childish.

It is totally unreasonable to call (with the evidence he provided in-video) an angsty album from an artist who states that they made it when they thought they were going to die as indicative of the artist’s “main character syndrome”
