Ranked 16th in Class 5A these ladies finished 9th at the State Cross Country Meet. They ran a season best team average (21:51) and recorded 4 season best times. Personal Bests by Nora Sheffield (20:46), Elliot Geer (21:32), Allie Hasselman (21:52). Season best Abbi Dyer (22:39)

HS Girls Conference Champs

Ridgerunner Cross Country competed at Pre-State in Edmond today. Competing against 5A teams from around the state, the girls finished 6th and boys 10th. Medalists were Nora Sheffield, Elliot Geer, Rowan Geer and Jase McAbee.
