Oh and the air con isn’t working… again!

@AvantiWestCoast I’m on the 1430 from Euston to Glasgow. Coach B is 37 degrees and we’re being told the train manager isn’t available (note - is able to but isn’t available to) to flick the air conditioning back on. All other coaches are 22 - we’re sweating buckets!!
