@anthonyhop1990 I wasn't aware you could negotiate those compensation figures, fair. Still think he'll go for the low end since we're not in a very strong negotiating position, better than nothing I suppose
@GaryOwen69 That's what the big teams do, they just amasse huge amounts of young talent that they can then put their 'prem tax' on and sell for a few million quid in 2 or 3 years time
@citysere His distribution needs work, but he can pull out incredible passes from his hands, got 2 assists last season as a goalie π
Beyond that commanding his box and shot stopping are absolutely at Championship level, with potential to go higher
@Up_TheChickens@ThomasWell744w He's played nearly 250 games for us, believe me Wigan fans know all about him π
What's undeniable is he'll bring a level of standards, and leadership that our squad desperately needs
@ThomasWell744w@Up_TheChickens Average while being captain and playing almost every game, in a team that finished 4th, is very good for us at the moment π #wafc
Northern Ireland international Conor Hazard will be our first new signing of the summer transfer window, with the goalkeeper agreeing to join us on July 1st.
Welcome to Wycombe, Conor! π§€

@ConnorMcHugh97 I'm not defending the signing, and we're in a much different place, but in 15/16 we literally started a rebuild by signing a 33 year old Perkins, then won the league π
@upthewafc I believe in Caldwell, and we might even have more of a budget that some people believe, I don't believe in Rioch and the recruitment team to spend any budget we get wisely
